While beginners have done well under supervision in an arena, she is best suited for advanced beginners and up, as she loves tackling challenging trails and learning new things. Delta is our go-to horse for any outing—she stays the same, reliable ride even after weeks off, always ready for a new adventure with a great attitude! She is used to being turned out with other horses, both mares and geldings, and comes into the barn as needed depending on the weather. This mare is an easy keeper, staying in great condition year-round on grass, hay, and grain.
