Meet Raine. She is a 14hh 12 year old Grey grade Quarter horse mare. She'll pick up all 4 feet and ground tie. She's sensitive and reactive to pressure and lunges very well. We've bought her back in December '24 with the intention of using her for a therapy horse. After getting to know her for a while,she'll won't make the cut for a therapy horse. She would do best for a EXPERIENCED rider who wants a personal horse to have fun on.... (read more) She would do best with the same rider consistently. She rides out with a group (I've never ridden her out alone) and does well with farms, dogs, traffic, ect. To be honest, she's very nervous and skiddish and needs someone would is willing to build trust with her. I enjoy working with her, it's just impractical to have a horse like her in a therapy barn...
