This is "CAPTAIN MORGAN", a stout made sorrel Quarter Horse gelding that has been used for ranching and trail riding. He is well broke and been ridden by youth riders. He stands 14.1 hands tall and is 11 years old. He has a nice turnaround, a big stop, and he will move off of leg cues. He is responsive and fun to ride with lots of feel in the bridle. He has speed when asked for it. He will trail ride through water, rough ground, and go anywhere you ask him to.... (read more) He is well built with lots of muscle. He walks out nicely and can really get around when you ask him to. He stands tied, loads, bathes, and hauls with no fuss. He lopes off with no hump and no buck. He has been to the team sortings, the fun shows, and to the state parks. He is an easy keeper, easy on the eyes, and has a great handle.
