Natural Horsemanship, Positive Reinforcement, Trick training, & Liberty training.
Came as a project horse with PTSD. Would not recommend him being a family or youth type horse at this time.
Consistently ridden by a trainer and will be until sold.
Sound, no health issues, no current bad habits or vices. But does have lingering PTSD revolving buckets and being too abrupt with things moving by his face.
UTD on all cares
Has a lot of potential! Would prefer to see him in a Competitive type of home.
Will require at least an Intermediate rider, I would prefer him to go to someone with experience of horses with PTSD, experience with the Arabian breed, gentle, compassionate, and understanding. He does NOT need a cowboy type home or harsh handling.

- Great for the farrier
- Good for all cares: worming, vaccinations, etc.
- Good for blanketing, fly mask
- Loads well, hauls well
- Has great ground manners and is respectful of space
- Ties well (Has had hours of tying time both in daylight and dark)
- Has been ponied by an atv & horse (Isn't the greatest at it but will do it)
- Has had extensive desensitization
- Rides out alone without issue (Is not buddy sour at all)
- Can be ridden in a knot halter or bridle
- Goes through mud, water, up and down hills
- Sure footed on different terrain and hills (He knows what he's doing!)
- Is good and respectful of fences
- Is good in a stall, pasture, pasture of 20+ horses, or by himself
- Knows how to say "Yes" on command or does so when he feels he needs reassurance with something.
- Knows the cue "Up" which means to step onto an object, obstacle, etc. starting with his two front legs. He listens to the vocal cue as well as will copy you if you raise your leg and paw on the ground
- Knows the basics of Liberty work which I started right away. He will follow you anywhere at a Walk/Trot. Will stop when you stop, back up when you back up, etc.
- One of the first ones to walk up to you in the pasture, isn't hard to catch at all (Was when I first got him, but he also was terrified of people at that time)
- Nickers to you when he sees you
- Wants and seeks attention at all times
- Was at the bottom of the herd for rank when I first got him in 2022 but now is mid/high rank (can be picked on but usually stands up for himself, sometimes pushes other horses around but not in an overly aggressive way, just wants a certain spot to eat, etc.)
- Is good stalled, in the herd of 20 horses.
- Primarily out on pasture during Summer/Fall and in our indoor over winter on round bales.
- Isn't an easy keeper but isn't hard to keep weight on, benefits having grain. No other maintenance.
- Has never offered a buck, rear, kick, bite etc. since started under saddle
Personality:
Personable, willing, loving, caring, sensitive, in your pocket, wants to be worked with, connection seeking type of horse.
