I’m offering Luna, a 14.2HH POA mare, at no fault of her own. Her registered name is Definitely A Superstar and she’s 16. Luna has the potential to go in any direction you want her to. She’s been started in breakaway roping, barrel racing, pole bending, and goat tying. Luna has placed in the 2D and 3D locally in barrels. I have results if interested. She also won me 3 buckles at a buckle series last summer. Luna has been to over 10 different hs rodeos.... (read more) She does well in the rodeo setting, goes right in the gate, and runs on all ground. She wears front shoes when running, but doesn’t need them. She’s a great trail mount and a beautiful jumper. Could definitely be used in the show jumping arena! I personally don’t ride much English, so I only have a couple videos of us jumping. I believe she’d make a beautiful dressage mount as well. I’ve had this mare for 9 years. I know everything about her. She’s honestly my favorite horse to ride, but life has other plans.
She would be great for a handy youth. She is more forward and can be pushy from the ground, so she needs someone with horse experience. She also has a problem with people touching her ears, but if they’re messed with regularly, she stops pulling away, nothing serious or dangerous.
She does not HAVE to go. So please don’t low ball me, as she’s already being posted for less than she’s worth.
