Luna is a stunning golden dapple palomino mare, 7 years old and standing at 15 hands tall. Luna possesses a friendly and kind disposition, making her an easy, safe, gentle, and kind-hearted companion. Luna is nicely broke, showcasing a beautiful headset and exceptional skills. She picks up her leads in perfect circles and transitions seamlessly into a walk and a slow trot, complemented by a nice sliding stop and smooth backup. (read more) Luna enjoys scenic trail rides and has experience gathering cattle across various terrains, proving her surefootedness and safety for the entire family. She is also calm around busy roads, walking past cars, semis and cyclists with ease, highlighting her adaptability in different situations. Luna excels at trail obstacles, willingly walking over bridges, crossing tires, and maneuvering through pool noodles and covered wagons. She is not bothered by tarps,flags or bouncy balls She embraces any task you present to her. A joy to be around, luna behaves like a gelding and gets along well with other horses in the pasture. She also appreciates a cozy stall on cold days. Loading into any trailer is no trouble for her, and she travels well, feeling confident in new environments. Luna ties in crossties for grooming and tacking up and is easy to catch, often greeting you at the gate with her endearing personality. She has been a delight for all of us, and I am confident she will impress her new owners with her kind and inviting nature.
