Chief is a diamond that was in poor body condition, husband purchased him seeking a trail horse to replace his retired mule, decided he wanted a smaller horse. Chief stands 15.2, black framed overo, marbled blue and brown eyes. Due to him being grade we have pulled a Ancestry DNA on him, results in hand.

Kind, willing to do whatever is asked, no buck or rear, stands tied for vet work and trimming, grooming is a breeze we use a small shop vac to blow the dust out of the horse’s winter coats no issues, even on his face.... (read more)

UTD on vaccines, worming, trimming and floated, vet check health cert & coggins in hand. Health record will be provided.

We were informed by previous owner he was a 4-H horse prior but was trail ridden the last 4 yrs. Prior owner said he was 11, per Vet and equine dentist between 12-15. No lameness or health issues found during his check.

He turns out well with other horses, stalls great as well, loads and unloads in trailer perfect, no weaving or cribbing habits. Saddles with no issues, rides great, loose reined, neck reins, moves away from legs, found he rides best in a tom thumb, just a kind easy-going boy.
He has been ridden around the farm has no issue riding alone. Once weather breaks will have videos of him riding.

The Champagne lineages within the programs foundation include : Seven Cs Cotton Candy, Dell Tara's Hippy also including the Shetland lineage of Michigan, Winks, Bar G's and Arenosa . Within these pages, you will find our work in progress within the ASPC, AMHR and ICHR registries, while utilizing the past with the present of the champagne miniature including also blending Shetland lineage into our foundation.
