Gunther is a 5 yo morgan gelding-registered name Ivary’s Last Prize. He stands 15.1. Gunther is a very sweet horse, he wants to be everyone’s friend and is eager to come out and work. Gunther lives outside in a mixed herd and gets along with everyone. He’s middle of the herd. He has no vices, stands for brushing, saddling, mounting, lunges easily. He loads and hauls easily in the trailer. Most of his riding work to date has been trail rides- we’ve been taking him out to parks every weekend.... (read more) He isn’t afraid of anything or spooky at all and will cross water, bridges etc easily. He is a typical morgan- forward without being hot. He will also ride out alone on the trails and will lead or follow in a group. He is steady and reliable. He’ll also pony others or be ponied. He’s also had some experience with moving cattle and excels at whatever is asked of him. I would put him at an advanced beginner working with a trainer, and up for rider experience level needed just due to his age. He does wtc in the arena and shows potential for western dressage, dressage disciplines. He also loves cavaletti and could be a good eventing or long distance trail riding prospect. Gunther is currently barefoot and does fine without shoes even on rocky trails. He’s utd on his shots and coggins. He’s for sale as I currently have several 4 yo’s to get started under saddle and will be short on time.
