Unfortunately I have to sell my friend. My age and health is getting ahead of my heart and desire. California is a beautiful palomino mare with a to die for curly mane. She has a rocking horse canter. wtc. VERY light to steer and stop. Usually a look left will get the turn and breathing out will get the stop. I have put a lot of time and love into this mare. I have mainly ridden her on trails which is my favourite. She has natural horsemanship groundwork in place.... (read more) Not spooky. She is unafraid of tarps balls etc. I ride her in a halter. she is ridden a couple time per week, never just sitting. She is currently in a small herd that she tries unsuccessfully to boss around. For sale to the right person, an experienced home only. I'm hoping for the forever home she deserves.
