We call this gorgeous Gray AQHA gelding, Smoke! He stands 14.1 hands, weighs 1100#, and is very well broke to ride. We have had the pleasure of owning this cool dude for a year.... (read more) His handy size has made him a joy to ride by our whole family. Smoke reminds me of an old soul in a young body. He is absolutely gentle every day you ride him, and does whatever you ask of him. We have all ridden him in the arena as well as down the trails, busy highways, and through town. Smoke made it in the trailer to several weekend camping trips and state parks last summer. Kayla also hauled him to ranch horse shows, and team sorting practices! He is cow bred all throughout his papers and he definitely expressed that on a cow. Smoke has not been phased by the chaos the kids have thrown at him. They have come at him with leaf blowers, tarps, balls, scooters, and bicycles, but he remains as calm as can be. He is easy to ride and maneuver, whether you’re in the arena or out on the ranch. In the arena he is soft, supple, and willing. He has a nice jog, smooth lope, likes to stop, and displays athleticism. Smoke is one of those hard to find nice all around geldings that is easy on the eyes, and the right size for the whole family to enjoy with his whole life ahead of him! He is registered as a palomino but turned gray so we will have that corrected by sale day.
