"Willow"
Bay dun filly with dorsal stripe and zebra leg markings, 2 years old (foaled March 12, 2023.) Currently stands 14.2hh and should mature over 15 hands. Leads, ties, had her feet trimmed, and walks calmly on and off the trailer. She's done some lunging exercises up and down banks, through puddles, over railroad ties, to get her used to the idea of going places.
Willow is a tall filly with a little head and a big hip.... (read more) She will be a smooth ride! She is used to kids playing around her, dogs barking, and tractors running. She doesn't seem to be a hot horse and takes everything in her stride. I feel like she would be more suited to being an adult rider's pleasure/trail riding mount rather than a fast paced competition mount. Or she could be a nice horse to bring on by a youth who knows how to ride and wants an easy one as a first project. She has lived all her life on hilly ground and moves soundly. She is available unstarted for a short time so you can put your stamp on her, or we will start her carefully under saddle and price accordingly. Breeder is currently in the process of organizing AQHA paperwork.
