"Icey" is an absolute Puppy Dog! He will come over and rest the side of his face against your hand:) You would have a hard time finding a horse that melts on your hand as much as Icey does! Under saddle, Icey makes you feel like you can handle anything. He is big and powerful, but so easy and simple. We have used him for the newest riders and Icey takes them around the ring and down the trail with ease. He is extremely broke, tolerant and a good minded guy.... (read more) He has excellent ground manners, bathes, easy to tack up, bridle, pick feet, groom, load, haul, ties, good for the vet and the farrier, and stands for mount and dismount. He has a great stop, turn around, rollbacks, lopes and jogs around on a loose rein, rides one handed, bridle-less, side passes, and works a gate. Icey has excellent gaits, with a smooth jog and rocking horse lope. Whether bareback in a halter or fully geared up you'll want to spend all your time with Icey!
