This horse has the patience of a saint when it comes to kids. He's been used for hunting in the mountains. Moving cattle. Trails.... (read more) Camping. He's traveled several states (Wy, MT, SD, ND and NE)
KIDS and more kids.
He's been the main mount for Several kids and an older gentleman who now wants a much shorter horse.
He's broke broke. Neck rein. Rides in a halter for the kids. He will do everything your kiddo asks in a halter!!!!

We have owned him the last 11 years. He's the type that people don't let go of. Can have all winter off and rides off the exact same. Prefer he go to a home with a kiddo. Have had 3+ riders (kids if more then 3). He's the safe kind.
I've used him to gather horses bareback in a halter. He's taught more kids then I can count how to ride and be confident in there abilities. This guy has been used for even the little little ones.

He's the type you can let your kiddo ride while you move cattle and he will follow without scaring the kids. He goes the speed they want and they can stop him.
He had a beginner on him while I was working a young horse and the rest of the group 3 people on other horses Took off running In a big open field. Crockett didn't MOVE in nothing but a halter. He's had kids from 3 to 16 on him. He's been in parades. He's been to ropings(hasn't Never been roped off of) but has been to the atmospheres. He's not bottom but he isnt top in pecking order. He has walked/trotted the barrel pattern.
He will take an adult and he rides just he Loves the kids and it shows.
