Spud babies are excelling in the rodeo and show pens already, Spud is ranch-broke rides bareback with halter, he has never bucked and has no bad habits except to step on you if you're not careful for belly rubbing. He loves attention and will come to you for any reason but belly scratches are on top of list. Spud has been hand bred, collected, pasture bred and never marked a mare. Exceptional manners and proven producer. He is good with mares and foals while breeding, Most people think he's half draft due to his size, foot, and bone, which he consistently throws onto his babies.... (read more) Spud is over 16.2,+1500 pounds, a 2014 model, homozygous black with one copy of cream gene and one copy of roan. He runs with all the other stallions, geldings and babies. He's super quiet, kind, and gentle; children could ride him, but I'm not selling him as a kid's horse. Pictures are from last July, with 100% humidity. In winter, he's a black blue. Located at I Diamond Ranch in Mccurtian Oklahoma with over 35 years of professional breeding of these lines.
