Tootsie is the perfect first pony, she’s around 12.2-13h (I forgot to stick her) and 17-20 years old. Shes not super wide nor narrow. Shes exactly what your kid needs, nothing fancy, but safe! She would be happy being a companion, leadline/long line, W/T mount. Hop on her bareback and have fun! She thinks she was built for feed not speed?‍♀️ I haven’t used her a ton, just lightly in the round pen. She’s forgiving and responsive under saddle.... (read more) Tootsie is very talkative and will hollar to you when she sees you, but pull out a halter and she’ll probably go the other way lol. She’s getting back into a routine, most of her past is unfortunately unknown however before I bought her, she had been sitting for a while. What I can tell you is she understands children, has a good mare stare, hates any sprays, stands great for the farrier, tries to bite my sheep so stick to horsey friends only(mares or geldings) and falls asleep while I’m grooming her.
