Root Beer is a big thick made 9 year old, 15.1h stunning gelding! He is gentle every time you grab him and can live for weeks turned out to pasture and you can just catch him saddle him and go. He has the sweetest kind personality, and wants to be your friend and is in your pocket all of the time.... (read more) He is the one that comes up to the fence just to spend time with you and he loves any attention you give him. When you pull in the driveway, he comes over just to see you in the truck! He is broad and comfy to ride, does not go a single tiny inch faster than you want to go, he is content to walk and jog around all day on a big loose rein. He is exceptionally good riding down the side of the highway and riding into town and around and in traffic. He hops right on the trailer like a seasoned old gentleman, and he is extremely easy to saddle, bridle, and will stand next to anything quietly while you climb on! He happily crosses water, and will ride anywhere you want him to in a group of horses, or he is also extremely comfortable and quiet and relaxed riding out all alone. Zero issues worrying about the barn or leaving his buddies. He is also super cozy and easy to ride bareback, we have thrown a halter on him and swung up on him many times.
