Month to month quarter lease on a 12 year old Rocky Mountain mare. ($200/month) She's been a trail and lesson horse. Calm, gaited and broke. Not fancy broke. She is gentle, but still has some personality that makes her good for learning on.

Lease Details
3 acres for riding around on site, roundpen available
Tack provided
Beginner, Advanced Beginner lessons twice a month available if desired.
Medical deposit required($100), returned when lease ends if horse hasn't required unique care

Availability:
Pick one day a week from the following options:
7am-8pm Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays for scheduled lessons
10am-6pm Mondays, Tuesdays solo
