Poppy is a beautiful and well built 4 year old registered Appaloosa mare at around 15hh. She is generally very curious, fearless and loves attention once she gets to know you. She has had 90 days of professional training where she worked on a walk and trot as well as moving off of leg pressure, but is still very green because her training and riding was not able to be kept up like it should have been. She does not spook easily and has been around kids a lot and done very well.... (read more) However, recently she has gotten to a point where she has a little attitude where she wants to be the boss and needs a confident owner to not allow that. She would thrive and do amazingly with an experienced owner to work with and let her reach her potential. She gets haltered and tied daily when feeding. She is barefoot and sound. Has loaded into a trailer a few times and done well. She is absolutely beautiful and so very loved, but needs someone more confident with a young horse while she is still at an age to learn. $2,500
