Rehoming Ponies

Need to rehome two small ponies. Stella is 24 years old, she has been with us her entire life. She is sweet, very calm, leads, stands for vet and farrier. Loves to be handled and brushed. She has foundered in the past and is intermittently lame. Needs limited pasture, low sugar feed and hay. Stella is broke to ride but short lead line only because of lameness issues. Her companion, Bella is 14 years old, sound but has also foundered in the last year.... (read more) Bella was raised by the Amish and was severely mistreated by adults. She loves and trusts children, but is very fearful of adults. No bite, kick or any aggressive behaviors. Stands well for farrier and vet but can be difficult to catch because of her fear.
Both ponies are loved and we will only rehome to a loving home with horse, pony knowledge and experience. Price is suggested only, completely depends on situation. We are elderly horse lovers, moved here from Tennessee almost three years ago. My husband was diagnosed with cancer last year and is unable to help maintain our small farm. Unfortunately we need to downsize and move closer to our son in Parma. Please let us know if you can give Stella and Bella a wonderful home.
