Cowboy is a 5 yr old 15 hand grade bay gelding. Stout but not too stout, perfect size. Quarterhorse type, but not registered.

Cowboy is well broke, extremely smart, with a good mind for his age. He is an excellent ranch horse and is started roping - would make a great day working plus go to the little roping on the weekend type of horse. He loves cows and watches them like a border collie. Does well gathering and pasture roping, or roping in a corral.... (read more) He’s been started a little bit in an arena on a dummy - but greatly prefers cows! Has been ridden in rocks and mountains. Has been ridden through obstacle courses. Moves off legs well, neck reins, working on his sliding stop. Smart and quick - could be taught anything as a performance horse and would do well.

Current on shots, wormer, and shod. Teeth floated and sheath cleaned in October. Sound and sane!
