Duke is an 18 yr old 15.2hand grade bay gelding.

He’s the one in a million gentleman. He is dead broke. Kid babysitter, husband babysitter, etc type of horse. At the same time he’s still got a lot of life in him too - he’s definitely not a one foot in the grave 18 - he moves right out, he will out-walk everyone on a trail ride with his long legs, happily goes through obstacle courses, rides through town, etc.
Moves very nice - collects, moves off leg pressure, neck reins, stops on a dime, backs.... (read more) Can be ridden bareback with a rope around his neck. Can be ridden alone or in a group. He babysat my friend’s non-horsey husband on a group ride bar-hopping and listening to bands in Tombstone. He carries flags no problem; a parade would likely be no problem. He can sit not ridden for weeks & is the same good guy.

Current on shots, wormer, and shod. Teeth floated and sheath cleaned in October. Sound and sane.
