2018 sorrel mare (Junos Peptolena Star). Hope was a killpen rescue. It has taken us a lot of time just to build her trust. As we go, her confidence grows a little each day. Hope is now allowing us to pick up her feet with ease; trimming is still a learning process but does not offer a lot of push back. She is trying to understand standing and all the tools in use around her. I have spent time brushing her, building up her foundation with groundwork, and getting her comfortable around a trailer(she does not like them).... (read more) She is in need of a patient soul who has an understanding and loving heart. Not a home that forces their hand on her in an old cowboy fashioned kind of way.

She just had a horrible start to her life and training before she came here. If it was not for a change in my life’s path, she would NOT be up for sale.
