Meet Chippin Awesome, better known as “Ruby,” a 6-year-old sorrel gelding who stands an impressive 16.2 hands tall and weighs 1,300 lbs. Registered as a solid 2019 APHA, Ruby is a gentle giant with a personality as sweet as they come.

Ruby has an impressive show record, having been successfully shown in halter, showmanship, English equitation, English pleasure, western horsemanship, and western pleasure at both the 4-H level and open shows.... (read more) He’s been ridden by both youth and adults and has the talent and demeanor to step up to higher levels of competition. With his smooth, rocking-chair-like lope and naturally quiet disposition.

Ruby is a fantastic partner for trail rides, handling new environments and obstacles with zero problems. He will ride out alone or with a group. More woah than go. His favorite place to be is out on trails!
