Looking for a horse that is safe for every member of the family but also flashy enough to win at shows? Sue is a big boned and beautiful 6yo DHH cross mare. Sired by imported KWPN stallion Wilfred (Nando). Her dam was an athletic Clydesdale cross. She is microchipped and registered with ADHHA, USEF and USDF. Sue is an intelligent and curious horse who enjoys human interaction . She is the same horse whether I ride her once a month or every day. She easily carries a larger rider (I am the 5’11” rider in the photos).... (read more) She was 2024 NM Dressage Association champion at Training level (average 70%+) and is currently schooling 1st level. I have attended several dressage clinics with her. She is a steady ride for kids, older folks and horse husbands. She has been trail ridden over a variety of terrain in groups of 2 to 20+. 100% safe around barking dogs and speeding cars. She loads, trims, ties and clips with no problem. Always barefoot and sound. Easy keeper who lives outdoors 24/7 with other horses eating free choice hay (and a handful of grain). If bred to a KWPN (Dutch) stallion, her foals can be presented for registration. She had a bad allergy year in 2023 but after allergy shots and changes management/feeding 2024 was a good year.
