Mr Bean (aka Bean) is a chestnut 16.2 gelding 19-year old thoroughbred who has been serving as a companion horse for the past 2-3 years. He is available to an outstanding home who will care for him as if he is still the show horse he once was. He enjoys being turned out as much as possible, ideally in a large paddock. He is a sweet guy who is generally calm but also likes to play with his pasture mates occasionally. He is barefoot, sound, and requires no medications – an easy keeper.... (read more) While he could be ridden, he has not been ridden in a few years and would require work to get him ready. He is a little short strided behind and seems like he could be a little silly so we have not attempted riding. His pasture mate is in rehab for a number of months and needs to be confined to a small paddock, which is not for Bean. Please call or text if you are seriously interested. He is only available to a home that will take exceptional care of him and give him the love he deserves.
