I have a client looking to sell her 13 yr old, 14.3 hh gelding. Advanced beginner safe as he is a tiny bit stubborn with a young child/nervous rider and takes someone who isn’t afraid to give a little pushback. Super smooth trot and canter.
She has put her toddlers on and led them around with confidence. Great trail horse, though he prefers to follow, not lead.... (read more) Walks through water, over logs, and near traffic with no issues. Ridden western and English. Has popped tiny jumps. Rides happily in the arena wtc. Cute mover. Trailers ANYWHERE and acts the same. She has taken him to state parks, local horse shows, and otter creek many times.
Can throw your beginner friends on him and hit the trails or walk and jog around the arena. Barefoot. Stands like a gentleman to be bathed, brushed and to have his feet done. This is your husbands packer horse. Come and try him!
