Looking to Full Lease my two horses for 11 months (March-February). Both need experienced horsewoman/man. If you are someone who wants to get back into horses but isn't ready for a long term commitment this may be an opportunity for you.

Breeze, 21 year old, Sorrel Roan Quarter Horse gelding. He may be an older horse but he is still young at heart. Breeze is a fun horse to ride, his gaits have great rhythm. Two of his favorite things are "riding with the wind" (living up to his name) and exploring trails/meadows.... (read more) He has been ridden by beginner riders and children and has done well and takes good care, especially of kiddos. He is a great horse overall, his only fault is he's brainy horse and needs someone with experience. Breeze does have some arthritis, so lighter work and about 3 rides a week is suitable for him.

Diamond, 14 year old, Solid Breding Stock Paint Mare. I got her as a project horse. By March she will have around 90 rides. Diamond is a down to earth gal, she is a sensitive horse meaning she works really hard for you and takes it hard when she doesn't understand. Diamond is very intelligent horse and is a quick learner. She'll make an excellent ranch horse and kid horse (once she gets a year of experience under her belt). I am looking for someone who is wanting to continue to give her some experience and continue exposing her to more things or just keep up with riding/training.

Reason for me looking to Full Lease my horses is I need to change my living situation and start over and I'm not ready to sell my horses. So I am looking to see if anyone would be interested in my offer. I am not asking for a leasing fee just that the lesser cover basic care expenses of owning a horse for 11 months (farrier, hay, supplements, boarding fee, vet etc). Breeze and Diamond get along great but I am willing to lease them separately. If you'd like to lease one or both horses on your own property, I am willing to consider if the property is a suitable place to keep horses.
