He is the kind that will suit the whole family. In the arena, he is fancy broke, with all the buttons you need and a quiet mind to let him be enjoyable. As a head horse, he is solid, seasoned under a wide variety of riders and ready to go win in most any number roping for riders of all levels. Steele scores outstanding and can really run the strong steers down, but continues to have plenty of rate for the lower numbers. He is easy to handle cattle on and faces sharp. He is also a fun heel horse with a smooth stop and a lot of timing to cattle. He makes it easy no matter if you’re roping in the high numbers or lower numbers. Steele is gentle every day of the week, but isn’t numb or lazy. He has wonderful ground manners, will come across the pasture to be caught, and is great to shoe, bathe, clip, tie, haul etc. Come try him out for yourself. We will hold 7 days after sale no charge, help setup transport, haul 150 miles no charge.
