2010 Aimee Oakley PW by Aim South out of Atlantise. She raced 4yrs (21 races, 4 firsts, 1 2nd & 2 thirds) retired sound then after retraining, was used as a trail/ endurance horse in the sierras (mariposa) for a few years & retired sound. i got her for breeding and am now selling her as she gave me 2 stunning foals by dhh/kwpn sires Waldemar (National champ in Europe) & USA National Champ Hightanium. She had a tune up undersaddle 3 yrs ago & was very nimble on trail & great ground manners. sound with clean, tight legs & well shaped hooves. great sporthorse movement, light and responsive. Aimee's sire Aim South raced 8years/61 races earning over $400k and winning numerous stakes races (including 4 Arabian Cup Championship Stakes G1 races). Aimee pedigree is a lovely blend of French, Tunisian, Polish & CMK. She is a 14.2-14.3 h (have not measured her yet). sporthorse type for pleasure, trail or could be a very interesting dressage, hunter jumper or potential gymkhana/cowhorse or broodmare(good mom, settled ai shipped/cooled one cycle for each of her 2 pregnancies). She could also go back to endurance tho previous owner felt she was not a good candidate for long distance/100 mile rides. Price is reasonable, private treaty to the right home. i have pics & will take more. no video yet. She is located in North Monterey near Castroville & is currently on pasture. i hope to move her to a stall with an arena soon for a tune up. Selling due to health & surgeries.

I have had horses for almost 60 years and am selling to approved homes due to my health issues. I bred most of the Thoroughbred, Arabians & 1/2 arab-dhh/kwpn (Hackney-warmblood) i own. I bred for my personal use and not with the intention to sell. While I trained and showed in many disciplines years ago, the Thoroughbreds & Arabians I own now were bred for sporthorse use for me to enjoy in retirement.... (read more) that said the pedigrees are excellent for the track, endurance and other athletic ventures. most of my horses are broodmares, pasture pets in the 5 -16yr old range and youngsters are 2023-2024. some are broke/retired athletes, a few un-started and 3 mares are maidens. Sales are cash & carry and final, Pre-purchase exams (PPE) welcome at buyer expense. May consider 2 week tryout following a PPE. i no longer allow week tryouts without exam as horses were not returned in the sound condition they left in.
