Reba is a beautiful Red Chocolate mare that stands 14.1 hands and is the perfect age of 6.

She has had one foal and was an exceptional Mom!

Her original owner bought her as a weanling and sent her to Kentucky where she was started, certified and bred in 2022.  She had a beautiful black filly in 2023. 
She had not been in work since she was initially started at the time her present owner purchased her late January, 2024 and sent her to Cypress Lakes Stables in Hope Mills, NC where she had ten weeks of professional training by Ramiro Moreno Hernandez.... (read more)  
At the end of Reba's refresher, her owner brought her to the boarding facility where she rides her three to four days a week, primarily in the arena working on leg and seat aids, but also weekly around the farm, fields and limited trails.

Reba is the first gaited horse her current owner has ridden, let alone owned.
She has primarily focused on dressage, had not ridden in eight years, and was looking for a dressage horse in the fall of 2023 when she broke several ribs from a fall off a green OTTB that spooked.
She researched the Rocky breed during the three months of waiting for her ribs to heal and decided to purchase a Rocky due to their temperament and smooth gait!

Reba has been great for getting her back to riding fitness.
Owner says she's adorable, an easy keeper, 100% sound, sweet, smart and sane.
She is alert when first in a new environment, which is to be expected from a young horse. 

As you can see in her video Reba stands great for mounting, the Farrier, stands in cross ties great and has wonderful ground manners! Reba has excellent bloodlines for breeding as well!

Reba is up to date on vaccines, worming, feet, coggins and health certificate.
She’s rated a 3 only because she needs more experience on the trails.
A confident Intermediate Beginner would be perfect for Reba!
She just needs her new owner to hit the trails with!
