"Nacho Rabbit" a Registered Chestnut, smart, well built and well mannered colt who since weaning lunges in round pen, loads, ties, good for farrier. Lately just turn out in round pen or arena & kept in a stall. prior he was in huge paddock 6 months and spent first 6 months on irrigated pasture with other mares & foals prior to going to a trainer & weaning. he is up to date on shots, wormer++ I am recovering from surgeries+ so selling.... Additionally, Nacho has been tested via Etalon Dx (40+ genetic traits). He tested clear for Laminitis & other undesirable hereditary traits. His MSTN/speed DNA results were both for endurance/distance and ideal for distances a mile & over. Pedigree confirms this as many mile + dirt & turf horses as well as Hunter Jumpers. Grandpa Mizzen Mast is known globally for producing world class jumpers. This colt is a big baby yet currently a stallion and therefore unsuitable for children or beginners.
Sire bowed at age 2 on his 14th work. he had lots of speed. Dam unraced. Nacho is both sire & dam 1st foal.

I have had horses for almost 60 years and am selling to approved homes due to my health issues. I bred most of the Thoroughbred, Arabians & 1/2 arab-dhh/kwpn (Hackney-warmblood) i own. I bred for my personal use and not with the intention to sell. While I trained and showed in many disciplines years ago, the Thoroughbreds & Arabians I own now were bred for sporthorse use for me to enjoy in retirement.... (read more) that said the pedigrees are excellent for the track, endurance and other athletic ventures. most of my horses are broodmares, pasture pets in the 5 -16yr old range and youngsters are 2023-2024. some are broke/retired athletes, a few un-started and 3 mares are maidens. Sales are cash & carry and final, Pre-purchase exams (PPE) welcome at buyer expense. May consider 2 week tryout following a PPE. i no longer allow week tryouts without exam as horses were not returned in the sound condition they left in.
