Athena is a 2009 grey mare standing an impressive 15.3 hands high. She is half Andalusian and half paint horse. Registered through IALHA Half-Andalusian registry. Own daughter of the famous Andalusian stallion, Santiago. On the dam's side, she can be traced back to Shining Spark, Poco Tivio, and Two Eyed Jack. We have used her exclusively as a broodmare and she is a wonderful mama. She is an easy keeper and easy breeder who produces big, beautiful babies.... (read more) NOT selling as broke. We have made no attempts to ride her and she has not been ridden in the past to our knowledge. She is easy to handle. Stands tied, stands for farrier, leads, loads, etc. She is very kind-hearted and has no issues with allowing her foals to be handled. She does occasionally limp on her front left but stays sound if kept on a regular farrier schedule. Price negotiable to the right home.
