Sæla is a beautiful deep red five-gaited mare with tons of trail experience. She has an impressively smooth natural tolt that is marevelous to ride for miles down the trail. She also has a ground covering walk, balanced trot and a smooth canter. Sæla enjoys moving out down the trail by herself or in a group. She is easy to control for a rider with good aids and we think she would thrive with a confident intermediate rider. Sæla has been on many camping trips all over Oregon and has enjoyed the beach as well as the mountains.... (read more) Sæla is very easy going on the ground and stands well tied, for the farrier, for bathing or just hanging out at the campsite. She has not been shown in competition yet however her easy five gaits would make her an excellent five gait and potentially even loose rein tolt horse. Our youth students really enjoy riding her both in the arena and outside so she could be a great youth horse.
