Wendy is our Gypsy cross mare (Gypsy and 1/8 shetland) who is coming 3 in the spring. Wendy has been handled frequently from a young age, very solid ground manners and quiet disposition. Stands quietly tied wherever you put her. She has consistently proven herself trustworthy and safe with anyone who has gotten her out to play. Our 7 year old granddaughters get her out every time they visit. She loves any and all attention, very very quiet and gentle demeanor.... (read more) Due to her age we are not calling her a kid safe mare, however she shows high potential to finish out as a babysitter. She’s not looky or spooky, no buck rear or bite. Broke to ride, she is ridden by our grandkids, stands for mounting and tacking up. She has been on trails with the kids, crosses creeks and logs with confidence. W/T/C transitions are smooth and willing. She is also a pleasure to drive. No vices, bathes and travels well too. She has had a phenomenal foundation laid and start to her career, the sky is the limit when it comes to the absolute potential of this young mare! Videos available upon request.
