Dakota is a 2012 quarter horse gelding standing 14.3hh.
Dakota has good ground manners and stands quietly for grooming, bathing, tacking, farrier, vet, tying, fly spray, etc.

He is perfect for someone looking for a partner to trail ride, go to obstacle practices/challenges, hunter paces, hack around the arena or field…
Dakota does great out on the trails and is amazing at obstacles.

Rides both English or Western.... (read more) He rides WTC, still does need some rider support through the canter.
He knows turn on the forehand, turn on the haunches, side pass, leg yield and has a nice back up undersaddle.

Dakota does require a confident, calm rider.
He is not suitable for an anxious, tense, high energy, or beginner rider. He is a sensitive horse that feeds off of his riders energy.
Dakota is best suited for a home with one primary rider, where he will be in consistent work.
