I’m currently leasing my 13 year old TWH Mare
She’s 15.1 hands
She knows some basic liberty training, but that’s about much, she’s my main western pleasure mare, she can do both English and western.
I will cover her dental and farrier work, including any type of emergencies.
I will require a pre-visit on your property before moving forward on the lease.

There will be a contract in place for her.
I would also appreciate being able to do drop bys (with a heads up on my end ofc)
I’m also going to be present when she has her teeth done, farrier work, and shots. I’ll also be responsible for transporting her.
But I would love for her to get into some type of showmanship, barrel racing, pole bending, etc.
She’s fine around kids, smaller animals, and cows (she’ll tolerate cows if need be) she does also enjoy cow sorting.
My mare is also very quick on her feet, more woah if anything. She does respond better with a bit less bridle, but she’s fine with either or.
