Due to no fault of his own Patches is available for sale again. I thought I had found him the perfect home, but some unfortunate events on the buyers side prevented the sale.

Patches is a total barn favorite. He is a gelding with lots of personality. He loves people and kids. His favorite treats are animal crackers.

He is well mannered on the ground, stands for grooming, tacking, and bathing.

He is great under saddle.... (read more) He has been ridden in the arena and out on the trails. Patches has been over ground poles, and small cross rails and shows great potential. He crosses bridges, water, and has been swimming at Lake Anna. I’ve done some hunter paces with him and he is a blast out on the trails. He is a forward ride and loves a good gallop with friends.

Patches can get concerned in the arena at times and I would recommend him for an intermediate rider or someone working closely with a trainer. He really doesn’t have a bad spook but he is not a deadhead.

I am not in a hurry to sell this guy and would consider an on-site lease.
