Rose is a coming 7 year old Grade QH mare. She's green but she wants to work for you and tries hard. She's a red roan but hasn't been marish with me. She's 14.1-14.2. She's a sweet cuddly girl but unfortunately I don't have the time or energy to be consistent with her, which is why she needs.

I'm pretty sure she's reining bred, and she may have done barrels, she's also really interested in the cows across the street.... (read more) She stops and turns on a dime and I've seen her sliding stop on the lunge line, which she will lunge both sides just needs encouragement on her blind side. Ive ridden her at the W/J and she's comfortable for both gaits, and takes no pressure in her mouth at all, she does great off of leg cues. I ride her in a O-ring snaffle and she's super soft. I just lack confidence and am a bit green myself, so I haven't asked for anything more under saddle (I do have a video of her loping/cantering under saddle)

Her lack of an eye doesn't bother her and she isn't extra spooky on that side. When you ride the only thing is she can be a bit hesitant to turn towards her blind side. She can be buddy sour, but she's young and lacks confidence. When I take her out she's a great citizen but when she's left behind she's not a fan.

She's fantastic in the trailer and in a stall and stands still for mounting and waits for you to ask her to move on. She is sound barefoot but definitely more comfortable with front shoes if she's in work.
