At just 5 years old, standing 15 hands, he’s already proven to be a wonderful partner with his excellent temperament and steady nature. Everyone who comes to my barn really enjoys riding him. Whether you’re heading out on the trails or working in the arena, Tucker is always the same reliable, willing, and kind-hearted horse. He is registered with the GHRA as a crossbred.

This is a rare find folks. No, if you or you kid are new to riding he is not the horse for you as I believe beginners need lessons first.
Arena: Nice walk, trot & takes his leads beautifully. He is a smooth to ride, light when cueing him, easily stays in front of your leg. This guy has a beautiful trot but really could finish out in either discipline you choose.
Trained to drive too!
Trail Star: Non-spooky and enjoys exploring with his rider. Rides alone or with others.
Easy to Handle: Great with picking up his feet, stands tied, good with trimming, trailer loading, hauling, etc. *Has excellent hooves & is barefoot.
Herd-Friendly: Low man in the pecking order, he can easily get pushed around so needs to be with another kind companion. He LOVES to play with our 3 yr old gelding though!
This sweet, smooth, and willing gelding is looking for his 5-star forever home. If you’ve been on the hunt for a trustworthy companion who’s easy to get along with, Tucker might just be the perfect match for you.
Up to date on hoof care, vaccinations, & deworming.

Offering foundational training for performance horses, while addressing individual issues, utilizing a wholistic approach based on equine psychology, physiology, and biomechanics. These sound principles benefit all equine partners for ANY discipline. I have experience with draft crosses, stock horses, and ponies.
The basics we work towards with each horse are forward, soft, supple, & willing. We encourage curiosity in all of our horses and exposing them without making them dull, and sensitive without being afraid. Horses are typically trailered to different places 2+ times a week (Depending on time of year & weather) but are worked with a minimum of 5 sessions per week. We haul to local barns to ride in an indoor and outdoor arenas & trail rides to expose them to different terrain & obstacles creating a more versatile and confident mount. The benefit of exposure to real life outside can’t be overstated.
Rest assured, your horse will come back home a better horse than when it was, I keep communication lines open and up to date as well as videos and photos of our experiences.
