Prince is a very well broke ranch gelding that anyone would love to ride. He has been used on a ranch to doctor and sort pairs, and pushed cattle onto trailers. He is one hand broke and rides off hand or leg presure and with a loose rein, has a good backup, stop and side pass. He is very smooth at the walk, trot, and canter. Prince has no problem with you carrying a flag, opening/closing gates, he will walk down streams, and over fallen trees, he will walk over plastic bottles and wooden steps in our obstacle course, he is used to large Kabota tractor that on the ranch, we have trails with bridges and he has no problem going over them. He has no problem walking up/down steep ditches and ravines, he will go anywhere you point him, in the arena, through thick brush in the woods with no spook.
Prince stands still for the vet/farrier (just had his feet/teeth done), while being saddled/bridled, clipped, groomed, being sprayed for flies, putting on a fly mask, picking his feet, being mounted (from the ground or a mounting block and from either side), while standing tied (regular and crossed tired), he loads well and hauls well. He is easy to catch, is very gentle, and has great ground manners. He is kid and dog friendly (we have 4 dogs and there is a total of 8 that lives on the ranch) and gets along with all of our other horses, mares, and geldings alike.
Prince would be a great prospect for; roping, ranch sorting/team penning, ranch rodeo, goat tying, play days, drill team, barrels, poles, grand entry, western pleasure, parades, trail riding, trail competitions, queens contest, walk-trot, lead line, or as a lesson horse. He would make an excellent all around multi purpose horse, well broke for mom and dad to enjoy, and easygoing for the kids to learn on. He can rope, work cattle, take the kids to playdays or drill team, and do the local town parades. He is very gentle and easy to handle. Prince will teach you or your kids to be a hand.
He is a beautiful red sorrel solid built gelding standing 14.3 hands high with a pretty head, a handsome baze face, and a kind eye, long thick mane and tail. He has good conformation, a strong neck, nice withers, a straight back, a wide chest, and hip. He is calm and forgiving, has a good mind and learns quickly, and is smart enough to learn any type of job. He will fit the novice or the pro. He is a really nice horse and has a great personality. DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS ONE!!!! He sells sound, safe, and sane with no stable vices. Please no outside trades, deposits, or payment plans. First come, first serve.
