Max is a 15hh, 6 yr old, JET Black registered Gypsy Horse. He is a half Gypsy Vanner and a half Friesian… you get he best of both worlds with this guy, the looks, beautiful black coloring, lots of mane and tail with some feathering… Max is a well built gelding with lots of muscle!... (read more) He has been ridden on a small cattle operation and although he hasn’t been a big time hardworking ranch horse he has toted the kids around the operation! Max has been camping and trail ridden in several states across the west and east as well. He will cross creeks, ditches, logs and navigate rough rocky areas. He is safe in traffic whether that be trucks or cars. He is safe for any beginner to ride and is sure to help build your confience levels. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and over all types of rough terrain while still being sure footed. Max is not cinchy, cold backed, does not crib or weave. He has the looks, the right mind set and the expierience… Max is the horse of a lifetime! We specialize in beginner safe, gentle, broke, trail horses. We work with all horses personally for a good period of time before they are offered for sale. We do bomproof training, all horses have had guns shot off of their backs, ridden over tarps, by atvs, in heavy traffic and will ride on rough trails, through deep water, and all horses are naturally gaited.
