Chasing Dreams BDF "Chase" is the spitting image of his sire Blue Dreamin Catadude but with all the great qualities from his German riding pony/Trakehner dam Giana! Chase just came out perfect! His conformation and bone structure are flawless, and his movement is perfect for any ring! He is absolutely stunning in every way with his liver chestnut coat, flaxen tail, and his cute white markings. He will definitely get you noticed. He crosses the BEST sport pony bloodlines.... (read more) We have been very successful with these crosses; they have the best temperament around and are very trainable. Chase's sire Blue Dreamin Catadude "Dude" is by the British Riding pony stallion Rosedale Top Cat and out of a royal Welsh champion mare Moelgarnedd Hamdden. Dude was bred to be a hunter, and has shown successfully as that, but shines as an eventer as that is our passion at the farm! He will literally jump anything you point him at with his knees to nose every time. He has marked several 9's in his dressage tests and is always in the top ribbons against the horses! He is brave cross country and we can also ride him on the trails as well as jump courses bridleless! Dude is the BEST pony stallion; he stands 14.1 hands and even my children ride him! Chase's dam, Giana, is 14.2 hands and sired by Tirge who is a 16.2 hand trakehner Prelim eventer. Tigre is by the great Butow. Giana's Dam, Gilla, is a German Riding pony and a SISTER to Makuba. Chase has some unique and special bloodlines and will be a dream large pony for someone special! Not only is he super athletic but he is also SO pretty to look at with a strong stance, lovely topline, big kind eyes, and a cute dishy face. This guy will not disappoint! Registered with NASPR papers, microchip, passport, and lifetime USEF number! Well cared for, has grown up out on rolling pasture, and up to date on everything!

Blue Dreamin' Farms is located in Ahwahnee CA nestled in the mountains at the lower entrance to Yosemite. We offer a select number of full boarding and training equine services. Blue Dreamin' Farms is your premier place to board in this wonderful mountain area. We offer individual small pasture boarding as well as have limited stall boarding. Our owner and trainer Megan Barnes has a degree in Equine Science and over 25 years in the equine industry training, breeding, giving lessons, selling, starting colts and caring for horses at the highest level in both English and Western rein/cow horses.... Megan can help with training in just about every discipline. She specializes in starting colts as well as rein/cow horse and eventing and dressage. A well-rounded trainer makes a well-schooled horse! She is very passionate about horses and helping people learn how to train, not just how to ride. Blue Dreamin' Farms is a no drama place to board where we offer beautiful facilities that include: a 120' x 210' main Priefert fenced arena complete with sprinklers to knock the summer dust down, full set of jumps to use complete with all fillers, a lovely short court dressage arena with sprinklers and letters for practicing tests, a 60' round pen, a CowTrac mechanical cow for cutting training, seasonal cattle to practice with, trails around the 40 acre farm, small orchard, wash area, tack rooms, sitting areas, and soon to be a 60' x 100' COVERED ARENA to be completed by the end of 2025! We have a very relaxed atmosphere, and a family feel around the farm where we also raise Nigerian dwarf goats.
