Rose Colored (USEA 196801) is a 2015, 16 hand, thoroughbred mare by Congrats out of an El Prado mare. Rose has prelim miles and could continue going along or be an amazing mount for an upcoming young rider or ambitious amateur. Rose arrived to me as a two year old, not far off the track and has been my personal horse these last seven years. She is extremely well schooled on the flat - lead changes, lateral work, counter canter etc. Rose also has the scope to jump about anything you want.... (read more) She has schooled to 1.5 m at home and only continues to learn how to use herself over a bigger fence. She loves to jump! Goes in a snaffle. She can absolutely take a joke if you miss. Has been ridden by a junior previously and was wonderful. No soundness issues. Maintenance is basic chiro and gut health. Wears basic aluminum front shoes.

Rose also self loads, loves to work, goes out with a mixed herd, clips, hacks anywhere you want, including along busy roads, and more. She is a mare, so has her opinions, as every good mare should. Not in a hurry to sell - the perfect match is imperative.
