2 YEAR OLD PERFORMANCE PROSPECT
I’m not too sure where to start with him besides that he’s my personal barn favorite, and one of the most willing colts I’ve ever rode. He’s had about 45 rides, half of which have been outside/ trail miles and the other half have been in the arena. He is by a Creek Planation bred stallion “El Rey Gatto” who’s an OWN SON of the infamous Dual Rey.... (read more) Ferb stands right around 14.3 and is very catty and athletic. He has a HUGE stop and will walk/trot/lope circles with ease. He bends at the poll, moves off leg pressure and is starting to turn around. He is soft and supple and has ONLY been rode in a smooth mouth snaffle.You can leave him off and there will be NO hump or buck, he’s the same horse every time. Ferb is quiet, gentle and aims to please with whatever you ask of him. I’ve hauled him to several different arenas and he’s been exposed to many scenarios. He stands for the farrier, along with standing to be saddled. I’d love to see him go to a performance home where his athleticism can shine! Ferb will sell SOUND and a PPE is more than welcome at buyers expense!
