MR. MISUNDERSTOOD! At first glance, George looks to be a big, stout, powerful gelding. While he is all those things, George is really just a gentle giant.... (read more) Standing at 17.1 HH our Chestnut Belgian draft horse George is too good not to offer. We have not seen a young horse be as laid back and relaxed as him in a long time. George is easy-going, great with kids, gentle on the ground, and easy to shoe or catch. We have used him exclusively in our outfitting team to pack, ride, and pull strings. George has also been used around the ranch to move cows, wrangle horses, pull haying equipment, and pull wagons. George is consistently used by all ages, in the summer he was being ridden by 8–10-year-olds almost every day, this fall he was used for all of our hunters varying in ages and riding experiences. He really does check all the boxes. On top of ranching and outfitting George is also traffic safe! George is definitely part of the “cool kids club.” I know them all extremely well and want to make sure they will fit with their new owners. All horses and mules cross water, logs, hobble broke and are easy to load. We will hold for 10 days without charge. Can help organize hauling from the ranch. UTD on Vaccine and Worming. PPE’s are welcomed at buyers expense. Phone calls or text messages are encouraged.
