Gump was a favorite right away here on the ranch, standing at 15 HH, he easily made it to the top of our sale list.... (read more) Not only does Gump catch your eye right away, but he also has by far on of the gentlest demeanors, loving personalities, and is as faithful as they come. In addition to his looks and astonishing personality Gump has been used extensively on the ranch for branding, sorting, gathering cattle, and wrangling horses. He has seen some of the roughest country Wyoming and Montana has to offer but is never even phased and will go all day! Gump is easy to catch, shoe, and saddle. SAFE FOR ALL AGES! We trusted Gump with our little boy this fall while shipping cattle and he was amazing, not even phased by the chaos of our 2-year-old boy. It was exceptionally difficult for us to make the decision to part with Gump this fall, but a person could spend a lifetime looking for this caliber of a gelding. He will be someone’s FOREVER HORSE! Gump spent quite a bit of time in the mountains this fall leading pack strings as well as packing meat and horns. I spend day in and day out with these horses & mules. I know them all extremely well and want to make sure they will fit with their new owners. All horses and mules’ cross water, logs, hobble broke and are easy to load. We will hold for 10 days without charge. Can help organize hauling from the ranch. UTD on Vaccine and Worming. PPE’s are welcomed at buyers expense. Phone calls or text messages are encouraged.
