Starlet is a beautiful buckskin mare with all the size and conformation you could ask for. She stands right at 15.1 hands, has a cute head, kind soft eye and a big round hip and takes a 1 front shoe. We have had Starlet for over a year and in that time she has always been the go to horse for every job. If we need to rope a bull or get cows off the highway after dark she is the horse we grab. Star is a sweetheart, she is in your pocket all the time you don’t have to catch her she finds you whether its in a dry lot or out on a 100 acer pasture she loves people and wants your attention.... (read more) She is very polite and you'll never know she's a mare. She gets along with everyone on the ranch, dogs, cats, geldings, mares, even the potbelly pig eats in her pen. You can let Starlet set for as long as you want and saddle her up on the coldest day and go for a ride, no warm up needed. Starlet was trained as a reiner and knows all of the reining maneuvers, she lopes nice smooth circle, flying lead changes, and hunts a stop. Starlet is well seasons in mounted shooting and is ready to win you a paycheck. Starlet is very sure footed and goes where you point her. Starlet will ride in anything from a neck rope to a bridle bit. She is soft and supple, moves off leg pressure to open and close gates. Star has an excellent pedigree. She is a own daughter of the late Spooks Got a Gun NRHA Triple Crown Champion Sire & 3.6 Millon Dollar Sire. Spooks Gotta Gun left the Riata Buckle Stallion program at the end of 2022. Any of his progeny prior to that time are still eligible. She's out of a daughter of Hollywood Rapper. Starlet is ready to make new memories with you to last a lifetime we are sure your family will love her as much as we do. She loads in and backs out of the trailer, hauls well. She is up to date on worming, vaccinations, and dental. She comes with complete vet records and has had a basic health exam done.She has a current coggins and all paperwork will be provided for her to travel to her new home.
