“Leo” is the sweetest horse you’ll ever meet in your life.
Goes in front shoes. Good for ferrier. Loads, bathes, and stands tied. Not a mean bone in his body.
Leo is a warhorse and a sound mover. No known past injuries.
Under saddle, he does not handle imbalance or miscommunication well and can get anxious. Is most appropriate for an intermediate rider and up or an advanced beginner working with a trainer.
He’s been working mostly on the flat.... (read more) Is green over fences. Will jump anything, just doesn’t have automatic lead changes. Has been hunter paced and to Mendon Ponds as well. Loves an easy walk on the trail.
Leo is overall an amazing little horse and would be an awesome partner for an experienced rider. He is 17 years old and meticulously cared for.
