Barcelona’s Lineman is a beautifully colored dapple-grey, registered TWH. This 6-year-old gelding has a sweet demeanor, the greatest gaits, and a big heart! He has exceptionally smooth gaits, even at a fast running walk.... (read more) He quietly enjoys his stall or the pasture, where he gets along nicely with the other horses and comes to you when called. This handsome fella loads, hauls, and unloads with the greatest of ease. He stands and waits patiently while tied to the trailer. He doesn’t kick or bite and enjoys attention but doesn’t demand it. He stands for the Ferrier and is to be groomed, bathed, and tacked.
In his show career, he earned the title Reserve World Champion in the Lite-Shod division at the TWH National Celebration. He now wears a standard stamped keg shoe ready for trail riding adventures. He has strength and endurance and is never lazy. He is responding well to new skills now that he is no longer in the show ring. He gained valuable lessons in confidence in that high-energy environment with loud music, cheering crowds, and the unexpected sights and movements around the ring. At our barn, he has affectionately been called “Mr. Perfect,” for not just any common nickname would do! He readily backs, side passes, and parks for mounting and dismounting. He sits nicely on a hay bale, and you can sit beside him for your family photo!
