Dash is a 2017 14.1 hh AQHA sorrel gelding that is a grandson of Dashing Val and Streakin La Jolla (Mr Jess Perry sire). He has a solid ranch raised foundation and is an ideal prospect for speed events, roping, Mounted Shooting, or English/Jumping.
Dash has an awesome personality and loves attention. He has been used on the ranch, feedlot, ridden outside, and is sure-footed. He has been used to gather, work the pens, load trucks, sort, and rides out alone or in a group.... (read more)

In the arena, he lopes nice circles, has a good handle, moves off of leg, and has a nice stop and back up. He is light in the face, is responsive, and enjoys work. He also goes over jumps and has many hours of sensory training (flags, bags, tarps, etc)
He would make an ideal barrel/pole, breakaway, heel/calf, ranch horse, English, or all around mount.
He has been through trail trial competitions, and is great on the trail obstacles. He really loves to work and to please. He has a Natural Horsemanship training foundation.
Dash is gentle, sweet with a BIG personality. You can jump on bareback with a halter, he swims, and is sure-footed out on the trail. He has been on many overnight trail rides and stands tied quietly to a highline, hobbles, stays in portable pen, etc. He is excellent for the farrier (currently shod and can go barefoot), loves baths, stands tied quietly, has excellent manners, and is easy to catch.

If you are looking for an all-around prospect or something to take you to the pay window, this would be your guy. He is ultra athletic, very fast, and ready to move on in a direction or continue a ranch life.
